A Little About Me
I'm an adventurous people-person. I grew up in Chicago, but have since lived in Florida, London, and most recently, here in San Diego. I love helping individuals and teams make positive, sustainable changes in their lives. I've done this in a variety of roles and places, including working as an Executive Coach for Disney, in organizational development for Habitat for Humanity International, and doing community development work in the inner city and Madagascar. Recently, my life experiences have given me a desire to focus on working with people and groups on a more personal level. It's a joy serving with Candice and her team.
Why I Love To Serve
It's a privilege being a part of an individual's journey to healing and wholeness. I love walking alongside our clients and seeing the positive changes that happen through the process. It is important for me to help provide a warm, caring, and professional environment for all who come.

I love the outdoors. Hiking on a cool, sunny day is my happy place!

What I Do In My Free Time
I love spending time with close friends, my prayer group, and continuing to support my friends in Madagascar.

A Little About Me
I am a Chaldean Catholic who came to the U.S. from Iraq with my family when I was just four years old. I grew up in beautiful, sunny San Diego and truly consider myself a SoCal girl at heart. Faith has always been an important part of my life, and I was blessed to attend Catholic schools for most of my education. My journey took me to Redlands for graduate school, where I earned my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Loma Linda University. In 2024, I returned home to San Diego to get married, and today I’m a happy mom to a rambunctious little boy who keeps me on my toes!

Being a mom is one of the greatest joys in my life, and I truly value the lessons that come from raising and supporting my family. I’ve always had a passion for sports and staying active, and those experiences helped shape who I am today both personally and professionally. My background in coaching and counseling has strengthened my passion for helping others build confidence, overcome challenges, and grow into the best version of themselves.
Why I Love To Serve
I love serving others because I know how powerful it is to feel seen, supported, and believed in. Whether I’m working with athletes, students, or individuals navigating life challenges, I enjoy helping people discover their strengths, overcome obstacles, and build confidence that lasts beyond the moment.

A Little About Me
I am a family-oriented and adventurous person. My Catholic Faith is a large part of who I am. I have lived in San Diego, California, my whole life, with the exception of moving away for college to Steubenville, Ohio. I graduated from Franciscan University of Steubenville with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. I moved back to San Diego to be near my family, and the perfect weather doesn’t hurt. While in college, I had the opportunity to study abroad for a semester in Austria and traveled to a new country every weekend. Sports have always been a big part of my life, from playing different sports while growing up to playing on the Franciscan Softball Team and managing the Franciscan Women’s Basketball Team.
Why I Love To Serve
I believe that serving others is following Christ’s example of how to love.

"The world offers you comfort. But you were not made for comfort. You were made for greatness!"
A Little About Me
Hi, I'm Michael. I grew up in northeastern Pennsylvania and lived there until I was 13. Growing up with four older brothers who were driven and competent individuals always instilled within me a drive to be great (or at least better than them for bragging rights). This showed up as me playing multiple sports, getting good at ping-pong, and also enjoying the slow moments with family. This attitude has never left me. After moving to San Diego, I decided to attend college in Ohio and play college basketball. I graduated with a degree in clinical psychology and philosophy, while also being able to explore Europe abroad. I am passionate about providing a context in which lasting change can occur for myself and others. I am so excited to be a part of this team.
Why I Love To Serve
To be a part of why a person has a smile on their face when before they didn't is a small act imbued with infinite value and brings me great joy and meaning.
Favorite Hobby
I currently love longboarding, playing sports, lifting, and exploring breweries, restaurants, and coffee shops in San Diego. I plan to start Brazilian jiu jitsu!
Favorite Animal
A dolphin because of its great flexibility in terms of what it can be.
Favorite Food
Pork taco
What I Do In My Free Time
I teach philosophy to high school students, so I read a lot of philosophy, literature, and recently some poetry. I also like writing and deep conversations. Other hobbies include playing soccer, basketball, spending time with friends and family, meeting new people, and camping.

A Little About Me
I was born and raised in San Diego, and I have my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology: Emphasis in Neuroscience from San Diego State University. I am utterly fascinated by the human mind and the inner workings of the brain, and I am eternally grateful for every opportunity I have to learn more about our most vital organ! I love being of service to others and I am beyond appreciative for the opportunity to be a neurofeedback and brain scan technician here and help others achieve the healthiest version of themselves through neurofeedback.
Why I Love To Serve
I love to serve because through acts of service, I am able to connect deeply with others and Christ. As Christians, we are called to serve our communities through our passions, and I truly feel called to a life of service in the mental health field. Assisting others in their mental wellness, growth, and wellbeing is something I feel called to do.
Favorite Hobby
I have lots of favorite hobbies, such as reading books, singing, musical theatre, Pilates, listening to music, and attending concerts for my favorite artists!
Favorite Animal
My favorite animal is a typical house cat. I love cats, and I have been enamored by the species my whole life, having owned several cats over the years. I adore the comfort and calm they bring to a home.
What I Do In My Free Time
In my free time, I love to spend time with my family and friends, especially at the beach! I also pray daily, and frequently attend Adoration! Through prayer, I try to practice gratitude for the many blessings of daily life. I also love to read! My favorite book at the moment is Normal People by Sally Rooney. Music is also a particularly important part of my life. I sing in the choir at my local parish! I also attend concerts and collect vinyl from the discographies of my favorite artists. My favorite musical artist of all time is Taylor Swift!
