A Little About Me

I'm an adventurous people-person. I grew up in Chicago, but have since lived in Florida, London, and most recently, here in San Diego.  I love helping individuals and teams make positive, sustainable changes in their lives. I've done this in a variety of roles and places, including working as an Executive Coach for Disney, in organizational development for Habitat for Humanity International, and doing community development work in the inner city and Madagascar. Recently, my life experiences have given me a desire to focus on working with people and groups on a more personal level.  It's a joy serving with Candice and her team.

Why I Love To Serve

It's a privilege being a part of an individual's journey to healing and wholeness.  I love walking alongside our clients and seeing the positive changes that happen through the process. It is important for me to help provide a warm, caring, and professional environment for all who come.

Favorite Hobby

I love the outdoors.  Hiking on a cool, sunny day is my happy place!

Favorite Animal

There is nothing like a dog's love and loyalty.

Favorite Food

Fresh fish and vegetables.  I've always loved fish and you can't beat fresh California veggies.

What I Do In My Free Time

I love spending time with close friends, my prayer group, and continuing to support my friends in Madagascar.

A Little About Me

I am a Chaldean Catholic who came to the U.S. from Iraq with my family when I was just four years old. I grew up in beautiful, sunny San Diego and truly consider myself a SoCal girl at heart. Faith has always been an important part of my life, and I was blessed to attend Catholic schools for most of my education. My journey took me to Redlands for graduate school, where I earned my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Loma Linda University. In 2024, I returned home to San Diego to get married, and today I’m a happy mom to a rambunctious little boy who keeps me on my toes!

Why I Love To Serve

I love serving others and staying connected to my community, and you’ll often find me singing in the choir at my parish—a place that feels like home.

Favorite Hobby

Reading, hiking, drawing, photography and baking.

Favorite Animal

The mighty Lion

Favorite Food

Chocolate...

A Little About Me

I was born and raised in San Diego and have loved growing up in a community centered around family, sports, and connection. Being a mom is one of the greatest joys in my life, and I truly value the lessons that come from raising and supporting my family. I’ve always had a passion for sports and staying active, and those experiences helped shape who I am today both personally and professionally. My background in coaching and counseling has strengthened my passion for helping others build confidence, overcome challenges, and grow into the best version of themselves.

Why I Love To Serve

I love serving others because I know how powerful it is to feel seen, supported, and believed in. Whether I’m working with athletes, students, or individuals navigating life challenges, I enjoy helping people discover their strengths, overcome obstacles, and build confidence that lasts beyond the moment.

Favorite Hobby

Watching sports, playing soccer, and being at the beach. I love the lessons sports teach about discipline, teamwork, confidence, and perseverance.

Favorite Animal

Dogs, and sea turtles

Favorite Food

Anything homemade

What I Do In My Free Time

"I believe that every person has the capacity to move from merely surviving to truly thriving. My role is to walk alongside others as they discover resilience, purpose, and the strength that has been within them all along."

A Little About Me

Hi, I’m Dave—a man of faith, family, and service, values that were instilled in me from an early age. I'm originally from Washington, D.C., but now I call sunny San Diego home with my family. During my 20 years as a Navy SEAL, one of the most rewarding aspects of my career was mentoring others while working alongside people from diverse cultures around the world. After retiring from military service, I earned my Master's degree in Counseling Psychology with a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, families, veterans, first responders, athletes, and professionals who are seeking healthier relationships, greater resilience, and meaningful personal growth. Today, I remain committed to serving others by helping individuals navigate life's challenges and create meaningful, lasting change.

Why I Love To Serve

My parents instilled in me the importance of serving others. Today, I am inspired to help others heal, strengthen relationships, and rediscover their purpose. I believe meaningful change begins with trust, authentic connection, and recognizing each person’s strengths, and I am honored to support my clients as they build resilience and move toward the life they want.

Favorite Hobby

I enjoy strength training, swimming, playing sports, teaching, coaching youth athletics, and participating in activities that challenge both the mind and body. I also enjoy spending quality time with my family, especially watching classic movies from the 1980s and 1990s.

Favorite Animal

Dogs have always inspired me because of their loyalty, courage, unwavering companionship, and remarkable ability to bring comfort during difficult times.

Favorite Food

A perfectly grilled steak, fresh seafood, and just about anything cooked over an open fire outdoors.

What I Do In My Free Time

I’m a bit of a homebody, so I spend most of my free time with my family, but I also enjoy reading and listening to books that help me grow both personally and professionally. I consider myself a lifelong learner and believe that continual learning and personal development are essential—not only for my clients, but for myself as well—which is why I regularly pursue additional coursework, professional training, and opportunities to expand my knowledge.

A Little About Me

I am a family-oriented and adventurous person. My Catholic Faith is a large part of who I am. I have lived in San Diego, California, my whole life, with the exception of moving away for college to Steubenville, Ohio. I graduated from Franciscan University of Steubenville with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. I moved back to San Diego to be near my family, and the perfect weather doesn’t hurt. While in college, I had the opportunity to study abroad for a semester in Austria and traveled to a new country every weekend. Sports have always been a big part of my life, from playing different sports while growing up to playing on the Franciscan Softball Team and managing the Franciscan Women’s Basketball Team.

Why I Love To Serve

I believe that serving others is following Christ’s example of how to love.

Favorite Hobby

Favorite Animal

Pigs, because they are pink

Ice cream
